Commercial Rice cooker with a cooked rice capacity of 20 litre. Will accept 9 litres of dry rice which in turn produces approximately 80 x 250ml portions of delicious fluffy rice. The rice is gently steamed and then automatically kept at perfect serving temperature. Has a cooking time of 35 - 40 minutes for white rice. Supplied with stainless steel lid, spatula and rice measure. The lid includes a condensation collection container to avoid drips.
